Purpose
Rosebud provides a caring, vibrant and challenging learning environment. Rosebud Primary encourages students to have a passion for learning and a desire to be productive, responsible members of an ever changing society.

The school is a true community school.
Rosebud is supported by a great community and local organisations. Parents are involved in a wide variety of programs from daily classroom support for excursions, camps to coordinating a vibrant Parent’s Association as well as school council.
Each month the school coordinates a very successful community market. The market provides valuable funds for various projects as well as promoting cooperation between our school and the community.
Rosebud Primary School provides a wide range of facilities for its students. Programs are delivered by a quality, dedicated staff. The staff are supported by enthusiastic S.S.O. staff as well as a committed administration team.
The school maintains a vigorous approach to the teaching of literacy and numeracy with the school providing an integrated approach for the comprehensive education of all pupils including those with special needs. A well resourced library services all children’s needs on a weekly basis. Teachers are well supported by an enormous array of teacher resource materials.
The school provides outstanding visual and performing arts, music and physical education program. Specialist areas provide school camps and activities for children as well as after school activities. The well resourced Information Technology centre provides an excellent facility for all students to use on a regular basis. The programs and staff are supported by an I.T. coordinator. Computer use has been integrated into all curriculum programs.
Rosebud Primary is committed to:
